The 4-Axis CNC High-Speed Optical Polishing Machine is a precision surface finishing solution designed for axisymmetric aspherical surface polishing, spherical surface finishing, optical lens processing, optical mirror polishing, mold surface finishing, and high-accuracy curved surface polishing. Product Introduction

QYCNYCP-150A a polisher with 4 CNC axis, for symmetrical aspherical lens only. Working range: dis. 20-150mm; R/D: 0.8--∞ (R: radius of spherical lens, and D: diameter of the lens). Pt ≤ 0.5μm. with 15.2" touch screen, aspheric polishing programs, and software is available. Compatible with MOD or DAT file from the measurement, and re-polishing the aspheric to meet the finishing.

CNC System:
The machine bases on Rexroth (Germany) CNC (Computer Numerical Control) System and all the driving motors, that keeps machines stable and reliable.

Feedback System:
The machines use linear scale from FAGOR Spanish for X-axis, and Z-axis. The resolution of this linear scale is 0.1μm. An angle scale from Renishaw UK used on B-axis, and resolution is 1 arc second. All these keep the machine in high accuracy and reliable.

Machine Base:
1.The machine base on natural granite, low deformation with the temperature.
2.All the driving parts such as linear guide and ball screw are from HIWIN Taiwan. Meet all the accuracy which designed, and keep the machine in high accuracy and reliable
3.All the bearings for rotating parts are from FAG Germany, keep the rotate accuracy less than 3μm.

Polishing Slurry Supply System:
The chiller is used for polishing slurry system, to keep the spindle and slurry working in the certain temperature. Keeps the polishing slurry in good condition.
