Product Introduction

YCG-85 is a grinder with three CNC axis for spherical and aspherical lenses. The working range is Dia. 10mm to 120mm with less than 1μm for SAG depth. Easy input all the data with the Interface, easy to run the machine. 500 workpiece data can be memory for picking up in future.

Feedback System:

The machines use linear scale from FAGOR Spanish for X-axis, and Z-axis. The resolution of this linear scale is 0.1μm. An angle scale from Renishaw UK used on B-axis, and resolution is 1 arc second. All these keep the machine in high accuracy and reliable.

Machine Base:
  1. The machine base on natural granite, low deformation with the temperature.
  2. All the driving parts such as linear guide and ball screw are from HIWIN Taiwan. Meet all the accuracy which designed, and keep the machine in high accuracy and reliable.
  3. All the bearings for rotating parts are from FAG Germany, keep the rotate accuracy less than 3μm.
Coolant System:

The chiller is used for coolant system, to keep the spindle and coolant working in the certain temperature. Filtering centrifuge keeps coolant clean and constant temperature.
