Product Overview

The High-Rigidity Vertical Machining Center is a precision CNC machine tool designed for milling, drilling, tapping, boring, reaming, and complex metal parts machining. Different from profile processing machines, this CNC vertical machining center is designed for solid metal parts, molds, plates, housings, mechanical components, and customized precision workpieces. The vertical structure makes workpiece loading and clamping more convenient, while the rigid machine body helps reduce vibration during high-speed cutting and continuous machining.

Equipment Features
  • The device adopts a high rigidity structural design with high-strength cast iron. The column uses a herringbone cross structure design with honeycomb reinforcement, significantly enhancing torsional resistance, rigidity, and cutting stability. Suitable for high-speed and powerful milling.
  • The overall bed and foundation components are made of oil resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron material cast in one piece.
  • The spindle adopts original imported high torque mechanical direct coupled spindle, ensuring high precision machining with high speed, high torque, and large diameter.
  • X, Y and Z axes are driven by high precision ball screws to ensure machining accuracy.
