The Overhead Bridge-Type 5-Axis CNC Machining Center is a high-performance CNC machine tool designed for large workpiece machining, five-axis milling, drilling, tapping, boring, contour machining, mold processing, aerospace component manufacturing, and complex surface processing.
With an overhead bridge-type structure, fixed bed and worktable, moving crossbeam, and optional five-axis head system, this machine provides strong rigidity, high machining accuracy, and excellent processing flexibility for medium and large-size industrial parts.
The overhead bridge-type structure allows the bridge frame or crossbeam to move above the fixed bed and worktable. During machining, the X, Y, and Z axes work together with the five-axis head system to process complex surfaces, angled features, deep cavities, large molds, structural parts, and customized workpieces.
