The HNC-30 Series High-Precision CNC Lathe is a compact, rigid, and efficient CNC turning machine designed for small workpiece machining, precision turning, bar machining, shaft part machining, hardware component processing, and high-efficiency batch production. This series includes HNC-30, HNC-30L, and HNC-30Y, providing flexible configurations for standard turning, extended Z-axis machining, and Y-axis compound machining.
The main components of the HNC-30 series are sourced from Germany, Japan, and Taiwan, helping ensure stable performance, reliable quality, and long-term machining accuracy. The machine adopts a high-strength, low-stress cast iron bed, which can effectively absorb cutting vibration and maintain stable machining precision.
The machine is equipped with high-precision ball screws and linear bearings. The repetitive positioning accuracy can reach 0.001 mm, supporting precise and stable machining of small parts.
After optimization of servo acceleration and deceleration control, the HNC-30 series offers accurate positioning, fast feeding, and high production efficiency. The structure of large-diameter lead screws, wide guide rails, and large-span sliders further enhances machine rigidity.
