Product Overview

The HNC-40GT Turning and Hobbing Compound CNC Machine is a compact and efficient composite machining solution designed for turning, hobbing, milling, and processing small modulus gears, synchronous pulleys, worm gears, sprockets, short shaft parts, and disc parts. It can complete most or all machining processes in one clamping, helping improve machining accuracy, reduce secondary positioning errors, and increase production efficiency.

The machine adopts a large-span rectangular bed, providing good foundation rigidity, vibration resistance, and torsional strength. The box-type horizontal bed saddle structure offers high bending strength, supports high-torque cutting, and helps reduce thermal displacement of key machine components.

The through-hole high-rigidity electric spindle provides fast dynamic response and stable spindle performance. It can meet the requirements of high-torque cutting, strong cutting, and high-speed precision machining.

The two-axis linear feed system adopts large-diameter precision ball screws with pre-stretched installation, maximizing feed rigidity while reducing the influence of thermal deformation on machining accuracy.
